We will never carry a requisition load of more than 5 positions. Should that number be surpassed, Oro Talent outsources its customer requisitions to a channel partner. The channel partner submits directly to your Oro Talent Recruiter at which point we conduct an internal intake call to determine proper candidate alignment. Once the candidate is identified as a good fit, a Oro Talent Recruiter submits the candidate directly to the customer.
